Set within one of Coogee’s quiet, elevated pockets, 10 Moore Street was reimagined as a light-filled contemporary home built for modern living. Our team delivered a comprehensive renovation that enhances space, functionality, and coastal character while maintaining a warm, inviting feel throughout.

The renovation focused on amplifying natural light and creating fluid spatial flow. Large openings, improved circulation, and thoughtful reconfiguration give the home a renewed sense of openness. Soft coastal tones, clean lines, and a restrained material palette connect the interior to the surrounding Coogee landscape.

Recognising the importance of outdoor living in Coogee, we created easy transitions between the internal spaces and exterior areas. The updated alfresco spaces and garden zones extend the home’s functionality, perfect for relaxed weekends, and coastal entertaining.
